Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, product support, customer support engineering, or technical customer success in complex B2B environments
- Fluent Polish language skills
- English language proficiency at minimum C1 level
- Experience in team management
- Technical knowledge in networks (topology, design, management), databases, virtualization (at least Hyper-V and VMware), Linux and Windows Server environments, and Active Directory administration/management
Nice to have:
- Technical education (IT)
- Knowledge of German language
- Familiarity with backup technologies, security, storage, and cloud computing
Obowiązki
- Leading the team, conducting evaluation meetings (1:1), setting goals and development paths, and ensuring knowledge transfer within the team
- Building, coordinating, and maintaining long-term partnerships with strategic business partners and enterprise clients
- Monitoring key performance indicators (e.g., Time-to-Value) and improving operational deployment standards
- Providing substantive support, monitoring environments, and handling tickets (Jira, email) for VIP clients
- Analyzing and assessing complex customer environments and advising on best architectural practices
- Coordinating and finalizing the most complex test and post-purchase deployments in highly customized and demanding infrastructures
- Designing deployment documentation templates and setting quality standards for team operations
- Communicating key business value of new products and upcoming releases to stakeholders during dedicated meetings and presentations
