Wymagania

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, product support, customer support engineering, or technical customer success in complex B2B environments
  • Fluent Polish language skills
  • English language proficiency at minimum C1 level
  • Experience in team management
  • Technical knowledge in networks (topology, design, management), databases, virtualization (at least Hyper-V and VMware), Linux and Windows Server environments, and Active Directory administration/management

Nice to have:

  • Technical education (IT)
  • Knowledge of German language
  • Familiarity with backup technologies, security, storage, and cloud computing

Obowiązki

  • Leading the team, conducting evaluation meetings (1:1), setting goals and development paths, and ensuring knowledge transfer within the team
  • Building, coordinating, and maintaining long-term partnerships with strategic business partners and enterprise clients
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (e.g., Time-to-Value) and improving operational deployment standards
  • Providing substantive support, monitoring environments, and handling tickets (Jira, email) for VIP clients
  • Analyzing and assessing complex customer environments and advising on best architectural practices
  • Coordinating and finalizing the most complex test and post-purchase deployments in highly customized and demanding infrastructures
  • Designing deployment documentation templates and setting quality standards for team operations
  • Communicating key business value of new products and upcoming releases to stakeholders during dedicated meetings and presentations
