AI Product Owner

Cyclad is an international consulting company specializing in IT/ICT sectors, providing outsourcing services in HR and IT across industries including Banking, Aviation, Travel, Cybersecurity, and BPO.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Product Owner role
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum / SAFe)
• Experience working with AI, UX design, Design, Engineering, Content, and Business teams
• Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders without formal authority
• Ability to operate effectively with external partners (data sources/ATS)
• Business and analytical skills with ability to define and track KPIs (conversion, engagement, performance)
• Strong analytical thinking and commercial mindset
• Hands-on, proactive, ownership-driven approach
• Experience in start-up or scale-up culture
• Experience working in multi-market or international environments
• Very good English language skills
