Senior Platform Engineer / Implementation Lead

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (production environments).
• Experience with GitOps workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of container platforms and runtime operations.
• Experience with cloud networking and ingress management.
• Linux administration and container ecosystems expertise.
• Experience with observability and monitoring solutions.
• Proficiency with Helm.
• Experience with ArgoCD and/or FluxCD.
• Experience with Terraform.
• Knowledge of RBAC (Role-Based Access Control).
• Experience with TLS and certificate management.
• Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.

• Experience with Internal Developer Platforms (IDP).
• Knowledge of Service Mesh technologies.
• Understanding of operational guardrails and governance frameworks.

• Enhance observability, monitoring, and operational excellence capabilities.
• Collaborate across infrastructure and application delivery teams.
• Define and promote engineering standards, best practices, and operational guardrails.
