Head of Engineering

Meniga builds financial intelligence for the world's leading banks with over 100 million users across 30+ countries. The company operates offices in London, Reykjavik, and Warsaw, providing a platform layer that makes banking data meaningful and personal.

• Experience running engineering organizations at scale with real product in production and measurable impact
• End-to-end accountability for operation and execution from roadmap to client experience
• Technical credibility to review code, architectural decisions, and lead technical discussions
• Focus on outcomes over activity, measuring success by what ships and performs
• Comfortable engaging in client escalations, board reviews, and incident retrospectives
• A clear position on how AI changes engineering and experience acting on it
• Experience with .NET, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Azure, Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform

• Own engineering delivery end-to-end from roadmap commitment to production at the bank without handoffs or diffusion of accountability
• Remove blockers to delivery and ensure targets are met
• Lead the transformation technically, understanding and managing constraints
• Build and grow an engineering organization capable of handling regulated clients and high-stakes delivery
• Partner with CTO, Product, and Commercial teams to translate business commitments into engineering execution
• Represent engineering in client escalations and board reviews
• Embed AI across the software development lifecycle including coding, testing, and workflows with a goal of full automation
