• 5 years of professional experience in back-end software development.
• Advanced, deep-seated experience with Java and Spring development.
• Proven experience working with queue infrastructure such as Kafka and RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL, including complex query optimization and schema design.
• Demonstrated ability to work on complex, multi-integrated systems requiring context switching.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve intricate technical challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
• Familiarity with containerization and microservices architecture.
• Adaptability to AI tools and concepts.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of security best practices in software development.
• Experience working on on-premises products.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

System Architecture:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance backend systems from concept to deployment.

Core Development:

• Develop efficient and reliable backend services primarily using Java.

Infrastructure & Scaling:

• Optimize application performance and ensure the reliability of services running in a cloud-native environment.

Data Management:

• Design and maintain complex databases, ensuring data integrity and query efficiency across relational and non-relational systems.

Complex Integrations:

• Manage and implement multi-system integrations, handling high levels of complexity and technical interdependencies.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and participate in rigorous code reviews to maintain high quality.
