Bharani- Prompt Creation Specialist- Ukrainian (Poland)

Welo Data is working on a project to create prompts for Hotels in City FAQ content, designed to scale across thousands of global destinations with localized outputs in local languages.

• Demonstrated experience in localization, translation, or prompt creation for multilingual content.
• Strong linguistic proficiency in at least one target language with deep cultural and contextual understanding.
• Proven ability to write concise, natural, customer-facing content aligned with UI/UX best practices.
• Familiarity with travel, transport, and location-specific terminology.
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI tools (e.g., GPT-based systems) is an advantage.
• Knowledge in tourism or hotel industries.
• User-focused and empathetic approach to content creation.
• Curiosity about languages and cultures with a drive for innovation.
• Commitment to producing high-quality work with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Developing and adapting prompts for local languages while ensuring alignment with the original English source content.
• Writing clear, concise, and culturally relevant prompts for diverse user segments.
• Crafting language-specific instructions including grammar, formality, and stylistic guidelines.
• Addressing language-specific challenges such as tone, idiomatic expressions, and cultural nuances.
• Providing two localized example outputs per target language for evaluation.
• Highlighting risks, edge cases, and considerations to ensure consistency and quality.

This position is remote but restricted to candidates located in Poland. The language requirement is Ukrainian (Poland).
