Senior Product Manager, Gift Cart

Fundraise Up is a global fundraising platform that powers tens of millions of dollars in donations monthly for nonprofits worldwide. The platform serves enterprise nonprofit organizations across North America, the UK, Australia, and Europe, offering a large and complex product ecosystem including checkout experiences, customizable widgets, donor and partner portals, admin tools, and internal apps. The company has a distributed team of over 160 product professionals mainly based in Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus.

• Experience owning a product area end-to-end with responsibility for outcomes.
• Ability to build and explain a 12–24 month strategy and roadmap.
• Data-driven approach with ability to analyze funnels and identify growth opportunities.
• Ability to write clear specifications with edge cases covered.
• Systems thinker who understands product dependencies and impact.
• Strong UX sensibility and ability to advocate for good user experience.
• Comfortable working across design, engineering, analytics, and business functions.
• Active and meaningful use of AI tools in daily work.

Nice to have:

• Experience in e-commerce or multi-step checkout products.
• Experience working with nonprofits, donors, or fundraising.
• Experience with payment flows or financial products.

• Define the Gift Cart strategy and translate it into a prioritized roadmap.
• Communicate regularly with customers and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and analyze data with the analytics team to identify growth opportunities.
• Write detailed specifications for engineers, covering requirements and edge cases.
• Lead features from idea through launch, collaborating closely with design and engineering.
• Track product health and growth metrics such as conversion rates, average gift size, and error rates.
• Prepare CSMs and Sales teams for product launches.
• Keep stakeholders aligned on priorities, timelines, and plan changes.
