Their flagship brand, Rejuvacare, serves over 400,000 customers and has scaled 12x in a single year to nearly 150 people across 15 or more countries. The company operates primarily in the United States and is remote-first and async-first.


Wymagania

  • Proven SQL skills including joining and manipulating various data types, writing parameterized scripts, and debugging SQL code.
  • Solid understanding of ETL and data warehousing concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with dbt or strong adjacent modeling experience.
  • Exposure to modern cloud data stacks such as GCP and BigQuery, orchestration tools like Airflow, and BI tools like Looker or equivalents.
  • Ability to build data infrastructure, not just consume dashboards.
  • Strong business and analytical sense to understand and communicate technical and business problems.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent English.
  • Curious, growth-oriented mindset with genuine ownership and comfort building from zero.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in DTC e-commerce, health and wellness, or subscription-based businesses.
  • Familiarity with marketing and commerce data sources such as Meta Ads, GA4, or Shopify.
  • Python or scripting skills for automation.
  • Prior experience setting up a data function or being an early/first data hire.
  • Experience building AI-based or automated solutions for ad performance optimization.

Obowiązki

  • Build and maintain the data transformation layer using dbt, focusing on performance, robustness, and scalability.
  • Establish best practices including naming conventions, data modeling standards, and data quality testing.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues, discrepancies, and missing data.
  • Debug SQL and trace problems to their root causes.
  • Build prevention and alerting solutions for data issues.
  • Develop reporting and analytics solutions, including dashboards in Looker.
  • Define core business metrics to ensure consistent data interpretation.
  • Support other contributors as the data function grows.
  • Understand and communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders across marketing, operations, and leadership.
  • Take ownership of tasks end to end, document systems, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
