Platform Architect – UiPath

LinkGroup is seeking a Platform Architect to lead the architecture and development roadmap of the UiPath Automation Platform, focusing on long-term vision and continuous improvement.

• Solid experience with large-scale automation platforms in global environments.
• Strong background in designing or evolving platform architecture, preferably with enterprise UiPath ecosystem ownership.
• Practical experience implementing CI/CD practices for automation workflows.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, security principles, and enterprise IT environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps/Jenkins/Git).
• Programming or scripting experience (e.g., .NET, C#, VB) for custom activities or integrations.

Nice to have:

• Working knowledge of Tosca and experience with multiple automation or testing platforms.
• Hands-on exposure to emerging UiPath modules, especially AI-focused components.
• Background in designing automation governance frameworks in complex organisations.

• Analyse the current UiPath platform landscape and define a clear development roadmap.
• Lead platform-level architecture decisions ensuring scalability, reliability, and enterprise alignment.
• Introduce improvements to core components such as Orchestrator, Studio, Robots, Automation Hub, AI Center, and Maestro.
• Design and optimise CI/CD pipelines tailored to UiPath for secure and efficient deployments.
• Establish platform governance, best practices, and architectural guidelines globally.
• Identify innovation opportunities, evaluate new UiPath features, and recommend enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business stakeholders to translate needs into platform standards.
• Maintain clear documentation covering architecture, processes, and operational practices.
