- Participate in training programs that prepare you for the role of an IT Support Agent
- Learn how to effectively troubleshoot issues and guide end users step by step
- Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure a positive user experience
- Understand how to collaborate with technical teams and learn key Service Management principles
- Support the Service Desk team with day-to-day activities
