• Design Client Solutions: Work with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions that align with their needs.
• Conduct Business Analysis: Analyze business processes to identify improvement areas and growth opportunities, recommending solutions.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Develop Solution Designs: Create and maintain solution designs and proposals, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
• Lead Junior Team Members: Provide leadership and guidance, coaching on solution design best practices and promoting knowledge sharing.
