Wymagania
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience managing business, organizational, or transformational projects, preferably covering multiple company areas.
- Practical experience in project execution and management in at least one of the following areas: logistics, trade, e-commerce, IT.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders at all organizational levels, from operational teams to management.
- Knowledge of basic PMO methodologies and tools, and proficiency in project management systems.
- Ability to plan and coordinate project activities with attention to deadlines and priorities.
- Clear, factual communication skills during meetings and in prepared summaries.
- Ability to build engagement and cooperation within project teams and across areas.
- Analytical thinking and ability to simplify complex topics into concrete actions.
- Independence, initiative, and solution-oriented attitude in a dynamic environment.
- Communicative English language skills; projects may have an international character.
- Willingness to work from the PGF office in Łódź and openness to business travel within Poland.
Nice to have:
- Experience gained in consulting firms.
- Certifications in leading project management methodologies.
Obowiązki
- Leading key projects arising from the PGF NEXT strategy, including operational, process, transformational, and organizational projects, as well as implementing innovative solutions.
- Coordinating work of project teams from various departments.
- Building and enforcing schedules, budgets, and action plans.
- Managing organizational change and supporting implementations across PGF units.
- Setting and monitoring success indicators for projects.
- Collecting data, analyzing progress, and identifying risks and barriers.
- Maintaining transparent, factual, and partnership communication with stakeholders.
- Preparing reports and presenting progress to the Management Board and Steering Committee.
- Supporting the development of project culture at PGF by introducing and developing operational standards, best practices, and team education.
