Wymagania

  • Experience in technology consulting, project delivery, or implementation within recruitment, HR, or SaaS environments
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to translate requirements into practical technology solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-changing environment
  • Strong communication skills to engage confidently with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in remote or hybrid, globally distributed teams
  • Interest in technology and continuous learning to adapt to evolving tools and platforms

Optional:

  • Familiarity with ATS or Talent Management platforms such as SmartRecruiters, iCIMS, TalentLink, SuccessFactors, Avature, Cornerstone OnDemand, or Workday
  • Experience with talent technology tools like Eightfold, Phenom People, Enboarder, HireVue
  • Experience supporting or leading projects to implement or optimise talent technology solutions
  • Business-fluent French or German language skills

Obowiązki

  • Apply project management and consulting skills to deliver medium-complexity talent acquisition technology implementation projects
  • Design, configure, and optimise technology solutions across ATS and related platforms
  • Collaborate with clients and technology partners to gather requirements, lead design workshops, and produce process and design documentation
  • Create and manage delivery plans, test plans, scripts, and training materials
  • Act as a trusted advisor providing recommendations, timelines, and guidance to client stakeholders
  • Facilitate sprint sessions, system builds, testing cycles, and technology enablement activities
  • Identify, quantify, and mitigate project risks and issues to improve delivery quality
  • Manage project budgets, track time and expenses, and support financial governance
  • Support larger programmes as a configuration and product expert, partnering with project managers and delivery teams
  • Deliver technology training and enablement to help clients adopt solutions successfully
