Administrator systemów Windows (k/m)

Cukiernia Sowa Sp. z o.o. employs IT solutions and systems to support daily work across many teams, ensuring stability, security, and availability of their systems. The role is part of the IT team (#SowaTeam) in Bydgoszcz, Poland.

• Degree in computer science or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Windows Server administration
• Very good knowledge of Windows Server systems, Active Directory, GPO, and network services (DNS/DHCP)
• Experience in SQL database administration (MS SQL / PostgreSQL)
• Experience with virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V)

Nice to have:

• Experience in cybersecurity
• Experience in production companies
• Knowledge of PowerShell and automation
• Experience with backup systems and infrastructure monitoring

• Administration of Windows Server environment (installations, updates, monitoring, hardening)
• Management of Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP
• Administration of SQL databases (maintenance, backups, optimization)
• Administration of virtualization environment (VMware ESXi)
• Management of backups and recovery procedures
• 3rd line support for helpdesk team and participation in infrastructure projects
