• Secondary education or currently studying IT or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and computer networks.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve simple technical problems.
• Communicative knowledge of English.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of LAN/Wi-Fi network basics.
• Basic knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, POS).
• Experience in the hospitality or service industry.
• IT certifications or training (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, ITIL).
• Interest in new technologies and willingness to improve professional qualifications.

• Provide first-line technical support for hotel employees regarding hardware and software issues.
• Assist employees across all hotel departments with technical support.
• Install, configure, and prepare computers, phones, and other devices for new employees.
• Maintain printers, scanners, and multifunction devices.
• Support users with Microsoft Office and basic office applications.
• Assist with hotel systems used by reception, gastronomy, and administration.
• Record IT equipment and update technical documentation.
• Collaborate with external IT service providers and vendors.
• Support system and software updates.
• Help monitor the proper functioning of the computer network and IT infrastructure devices.
• Provide technical support for conference rooms, audiovisual systems, and devices used during events and business meetings.
• Perform other IT department-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
