Wymagania
- Extensive experience in building and developing digital products in an online environment
- Managed Backend, Frontend, and Mobile areas
- Experience building and developing teams and technology leaders
- Ability to combine architecture, quality, delivery, and business perspectives
- Skilled in building strategic partnerships with business
- Designed complex end-to-end IT systems
- Comfortable working with modern technology stacks (API, frontend, backend, mobile)
- Experience in product organizations in growth/startup/scale-up environments
- Experience collaborating with DevOps, Data, AI/ML, and Architecture teams
- Programming experience supporting technological authority and partnership with engineering teams
- Additional advantage: experience with platform products, e-commerce, mobile, large-scale B2B/B2C, and knowledge of DMP/CDP, personalization, and product data areas
Obowiązki
- Create and implement software development strategy for a growth-phase product
- Develop the engineering organization across Backend, Frontend, and Mobile teams
- Build strong technology teams and effective collaboration models with product and business
- Design architecture ensuring scalability and solution consistency
- Manage technology initiative portfolio and end-to-end projects
- Ensure software quality and delivery efficiency
- Implement solutions to improve system reliability, observability, and performance
- Collaborate closely with business to maximize delivered value
- Identify and address technological and organizational risks
- Integrate AI/ML, Data, DevOps, and Architecture competencies around product goals
- Lead change by simplifying, scaling, and professionalizing processes
- Foster an environment of responsibility, clear priorities, and team impact on product
