Wymagania
- Real experience running video games marketing projects, productions, brand, or account management end-to-end, preferably in the video games or entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, especially digital, to actively engage in creative discussions.
- Comfortable representing marketing externally with partners, confident and clear.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle deadlines, budgets, and multiple moving parts.
- Passionate gamer.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
Obowiązki
- Be the single point of contact for marketing on a specific project, providing clear answers internally and to partners.
- Own the entire marketing production pipeline from brief to go-to-market, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Track deadlines, dependencies, and budgets, producing readable reports.
- Brief, coordinate, and manage external agencies and freelancers.
- Participate in creative conversations as a partner, contributing opinions on concepts, campaigns, and positioning.
- Build trust with developers and the internal marketing team.
- Identify potential problems early and prepare plans to address them.
Optional responsibilities:
- Play and provide feedback on the marketed game and others in development.
- Participate in industry events, both online and offline.
- Propose ideas beyond the brief.
- Contribute to team decisions, brainstorms, and social meetings.
