Senior Analytics Engineer (Remote from Poland)

Oversee is a company focused on reimagining corporate travel management by leveraging advanced technology and machine learning to eliminate outdated manual processes. They provide travel analytics combined with actionable insights to global enterprises, enabling visibility into travel spend and continuous program optimization. Oversee is a global leader in air and hotel reshopping solutions and offers "AgentSee," an AI-powered productivity tool for Travel Management Companies to automate manual tasks and improve service quality. The company is experiencing exponential year-over-year revenue growth and partners with some of the world's largest Fortune 500 companies.

• 5+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a closely related role with strong data modeling and ETL/ELT experience
• Regular and confident use of Python for transformation, automation, or analysis
• Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of data warehouse architecture
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or dbt is a significant plus
• Senior-level independence with ability to own ambiguous problems, make architecture decisions, and communicate tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders
• Active and thoughtful AI user with practical application in daily work
• Comfortable contributing to front-end layers and collaborating with React engineers
• Strong analytical mindset, business-oriented and able to derive insights from raw data
• Preferred BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or related quantitative field

• Own the data architecture for one of Oversee's products, designing, building, and evolving ETL/ELT pipelines as the product and data model change rapidly
• Support customer-facing work including data requests, proofs of concept, and analyses influencing commercial outcomes
• Drive data quality and architecture decisions independently, requiring judgment beyond execution
• Develop HTML-based dashboards and visualizations to provide metrics and funnel visibility for product and business teams
• Build and maintain data endpoints consumed by React-based product pages, stepping into front-end development when needed
• Apply genuine AI fluency to workflows, using AI to improve building processes and product development
