Cloud Infrastructure/M365 Administrator

VirtusLab is involved in a project to establish a modern, unified infrastructure and security baseline to enable efficient business scaling while protecting customer and broker data. The project delivers a centrally managed, reliable, and secure technology estate across infrastructure, operations, and platform services, aiming to accelerate acquisitions, improve operational efficiency, and provide employees with necessary tools from day one.

• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, system administration, or DevOps roles
• Hands-on expertise with Azure infrastructure and OpenTofu
• Experience managing global MDM/MAM policies and Conditional Access
• Experience configuring AVD and DaaS environments
• Experience with application migrations toward PWA-only models
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Experience implementing secure and scalable infrastructure
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience in Insurance/Finance domain is a plus
• Consulting skills are a plus
• Experience with on-prem infrastructure (AD domains, Windows server, networking) is nice to have

• Stabilize and remediate the existing infrastructure environment
• Transform infrastructure towards a Zero Trust operating model
• Operate and scale a consistent, automated, and repeatable infrastructure foundation
• Manage Microsoft Azure infrastructure and Access Control (Entra ID)
• Configure and manage Device Management and Azure DevOps
• Configure Web PC / DaaS (AVD) environments
• Implement Infrastructure as Code practices
