Senior Software Engineer, Applied AI (Remote from Poland)

Oversee is a company focused on reimagining corporate travel management by leveraging advanced technology and machine learning to drive cost savings, improve efficiency, and enable smarter decision-making. They are the global leader for air and hotel reshopping solutions and provide "AgentSee," an AI-powered productivity tool for Travel Management Companies to automate manual tasks and improve service quality. The company is experiencing exponential year-over-year revenue growth and partners with some of the world's largest Fortune 500 companies.

• Proven hands-on experience developing or integrating products using LLMs
• 5+ years of experience building production software systems
• Strong experience designing and developing scalable backend applications
• Experience with AI agents, agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, tool-calling systems, or orchestration frameworks
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Google ADK, CrewAI, MCP, or similar
• Strong Python skills
• Solid understanding of Linux runtime environments
• Experience identifying and solving performance bottlenecks
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Curious, proactive, and excited about learning new technologies

Nice to have:

• Production experience with agentic AI systems
• Knowledge of RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases
• Familiarity with AI evaluation and monitoring frameworks
• Exposure to travel-tech or GDS integrations
• Experience with Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD tooling
• Open-source contributions, side projects, or technical writing
• Startup mindset and comfort operating with ambiguity

• Design, build, and scale AI-driven systems powering virtual agent capabilities such as conversational reasoning, retrieval systems, tool calling, and automation workflows
• Develop backend services and data pipelines integrating multiple APIs (Amadeus, Sabre, internal systems, third-party platforms) for real-time decision-making
• Build and deploy AI agents solving real-world business problems
• Own architecture decisions for distributed, high-performance AI applications
• Continuously improve model performance, reliability, observability, and evaluation frameworks
• Help define engineering best practices and contribute to technical direction across the team
