Senior AI/Python Developer - Remote Work Type

We are looking for an AI/Python Developer for our Swedish client who will participate in developing a platform for collecting employee and customer feedback. Our client helps other companies make informed decisions based on data to obtain useful information.

• 5+ years of professional experience with Python in backend services, automation, and AI applications
• Proven experience with generative AI tools like Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot
• Strong background in modern data retrieval architectures including vector databases and hybrid search
• Expertise in indexing, querying, and retrieving data from large-scale data lakes optimized for LLMs and AI agents
• Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and distributed backend architecture
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing solutions on Azure or equivalent cloud platforms
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset

• Design, develop, and deploy smart, scalable AI-powered services using Python
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot to enhance development
• Architect and optimize hybrid retrieval systems for LLM-based agents and data lakes
• Collaborate with product development team using React and Node.js
• Lead AI initiatives from concept to deployment including prototyping and feasibility testing
• Utilize Azure cloud infrastructure for deployment, monitoring, and management
• Stay updated with evolving LLM/AI ecosystem and evaluate new frameworks and models
• Develop advanced AI agents using LangGraph, MCP, gRPC, and various models
• Build scalable data services using Kafka, RabbitMQ, and ELT platforms
• Implement CI/CD workflows with GitHub Actions, Azure services, ArgoCD, and Argo Workflows

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of NLP technologies such as Word2Vec, CBOW, LSTM, ML, RNNs, NLTK, and related AI/ML frameworks
• Experience with data processing frameworks like Apache Flink, Apache Spark, Superset, and ELT/ETL tools such as Airflow or Meltano
• Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL including query optimization and advanced data modeling
