Python Developer/ Machine Learning Engineer

Devire Outsourcing IT is a collaboration model for IT specialists based on self-employment (B2B), delivering projects for clients running innovative and modern projects. The client operates in the banking sector.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Machine Learning/Data Science with production projects
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, LightGBM/XGBoost)
• Experience in building, training, and validating supervised ML models
• Knowledge of SQL/SQL Server including query optimization and working with large data volumes
• Skills in data preparation and processing (data wrangling, feature engineering)
• Experience deploying models to production environments (API, batch processing, system integration)
• Familiarity with MLOps best practices (model versioning, CI/CD, Docker)
• Ability to work with data pipelines (SSIS, Python, other ETL tools)

• Build, train, and validate machine learning models supporting financial product sales
• Prepare, process, and analyze large data sets
• Create feature engineering and develop predictive models
• Implement solutions in Python using ML libraries
• Work with SQL/SQL Server databases, including query optimization
• Deploy models to production environments via API, batch processing, or system integrations
• Create and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes
• Apply MLOps best practices including CI/CD, Docker, and model versioning
• Collaborate with business and technical teams on ML solution development
