C++ Developer (FinTech/HFT)

• At least 2 years of commercial C++ development experience
• Deep understanding of low-level performance optimization techniques
• Experience with Oracle databases and PL/SQL development
• Experience with PostgreSQL in high-load production environments
• Knowledge of low-latency system architectures and kernel bypass technologies
• Experience with performance profiling tools (perf, Intel VTune, flamegraphs)
• Experience with low-level networking including raw sockets and TCP tuning
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have:

• Experience in FinTech, capital markets, trading platforms, or exchange systems
• Knowledge of financial market protocols such as FIX, FAST, and ITCH
• Understanding of market data processing principles
• Experience with order matching engines
• Experience designing and developing distributed systems

• Develop and optimize C++ code using C++11/17/20 standards
• Implement low-level performance optimization techniques such as cache-friendly code design, branch prediction, and SIMD instructions
• Work with Oracle databases including PL/SQL development and query optimization
• Manage PostgreSQL databases in high-load production environments
• Design and maintain low-latency system architectures including kernel bypass technologies, lock-free algorithms, and memory pool management
• Use performance profiling and analysis tools such as perf, Intel VTune, and flamegraphs
• Handle low-level networking tasks including raw sockets, multicast communication, and TCP stack tuning
