QA Engineer (Fintech)

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with functional and non-functional testing across multiple platforms
• Experience in the FinTech domain
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA's role
• Knowledge and practical experience with databases
• Experience with bug tracking and test management systems
• Experience working in Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Scrum-Kanban)
• Proficiency with testing tools such as Browser Developer Tools and Fiddler
• Mentoring experience
• Experience establishing QA processes
• Experience preparing quality reports and metrics
• Experience estimating testing efforts
• Understanding of CI/CD systems and processes
• Knowledge of common information system architectures
• Understanding of virtualization and containerization concepts and tools (VMware, Hyper-V, VirtualBox, Docker)
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and providers
• Understanding of networking protocols including HTTP/HTTPS and TCP/IP
• Spoken English level B2 or higher

Nice to have:

• Experience managing a team or acting as a QA Lead
• Knowledge of modern AI tools and practical experience using them

• Perform functional and non-functional testing for web, mobile, and desktop applications, including UI and API/web service testing
• Create and maintain test documentation such as test plans, strategies, checklists, test cases, and use cases
• Analyze requirements and work with design mockups
• Use testing tools including Browser Developer Tools, Fiddler, and various online testing services
• Establish QA processes from scratch on projects
• Prepare quality reports and metrics
• Estimate testing efforts and tasks
• Mentor team members
