Wymagania
- Deep expertise in load/performance testing, including test design, development, and execution
- Experience in active and direct communication with clients
- Experience in designing and evolving test automation frameworks for large and variable data sets
- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools; Gatling preferred
- Strong skills in testing API functionality (REST, SOAP)
- Experience in finance, banking, insurance, healthcare, or other data-intensive projects
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher
- Leadership experience such as mentoring, managing a small team, or providing technical leadership in performance testing projects (nice to have)

- Client interaction and gathering performance requirements
- Conducting demo sessions to present testing results
- Developing and presenting rapid Proof-of-Concept (POC) solutions
- Creating and maintaining test documentation such as Test Strategies and Test Cases
