ERP Process Specialist (Exact Globe) - f/m

Techem Techniki Pomiarowe Sp. z o.o. is an international service company specializing in the settlement of individual consumption costs of heat, water, and other utilities.

• Higher or secondary education, preferably technical profile
• Experience in a similar position related to ERP systems
• Fluent English communication skills (frequent online meetings with international Techem representatives)
• Experience working in an international environment
• Practical experience in ERP support, configuration, or implementation
• Ability to analyze process and system problems
• Accuracy and meticulousness
• Communication skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business trips (a few times a year)
• Nice to have: knowledge of German and Exact Globe / Globe+

• Support national and international users of the Exact Globe ERP system in logistics (second-line support)
• Analyze and resolve complex issues related to logistics processes (purchasing, warehouse, inventory, deliveries, order to cash)
• Support and execute SIT/UAT tests for logistics-related changes
• Implement improvements and changes
• Responsible for end-to-end ERP process design
• Collaborate with IT teams, business, and external partners
• Identify areas for process optimization
• Ensure consistent application of ERP standards in logistics across all group countries
