The company specializes in Unreal Engine development and explores new platforms including VR.


Wymagania

  • 5+ years in AAA console/PC game development including 3+ years in Unreal Engine.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing playable levels with created geometry.
  • Experience with industry-standard 3D modeling software (Maya, Max, ZBrush, Photoshop, or equivalents).
  • Artistic interpretation of concepts and creative ideation.
  • Solid understanding of traditional art skills and foundational design competencies (shape, form, texture, value, color).
  • Experience working with Unreal Engine or equivalent.
  • Ability to use PBR shaders and normal maps.
  • Adaptive and able to receive and implement feedback.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new styles, techniques, and workflows.
  • Ability to collaborate with department leads and other departments to solve artistic and technical challenges.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivation.

Nice to have:

  • Traditional art skills and core graphic design competencies (typography, color, light).
  • Experience with Unreal 4/5 and environment modeling skills.
  • Level Design experience.

Obowiązki

  • Produce playable levels based on Art Director's vision and Level Design needs with lead cooperation.
  • Create world geometry and composition for levels in Unreal Engine.
  • Redesign existing assets to new forms.
  • Block out modules and levels, create first/proxy materials.
  • Produce work within specifications and maintain workflow pipelines within deadlines.
  • Model proxy assets.
  • Participate in reviews, adapt to, and implement feedback from leads and peers professionally.
  • Participate in R&D initiatives to explore new techniques and improve pipelines and workflows.
