Senior Workplace Engineer (Citrix, with French)

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) and deep understanding of Citrix DaaS.
• Solid experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and deployment models (On-Prem, Hybrid, Cloud).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues in Citrix environments, including VDA delivery methods (MCS, PVS, manual).
• Knowledge of Citrix WEM, UPM, containers, FSLogix, and Federated Authentication Services.
• Strong skills in Windows Desktop/Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
• Good understanding of networking, hypervisors, and SQL Server concepts.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Independent, proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• At least communicative proficiency in French.

• Manage and maintain virtualized environments based on Citrix and Microsoft technologies.
• Troubleshoot and provide operational support for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and VDI infrastructure.
• Upgrade Citrix infrastructure and implement new solutions.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and changes following IT processes.
• Participate in implementation projects within the Citrix environment.
• Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
• Optimize infrastructure for scalability, performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Share knowledge and create step-by-step processes for team members.
