Lead .NET Developer, Azure

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline
• 6+ years of experience with C# and .NET Core
• Skills in messaging platforms, ideally Kafka
• Familiarity with containers, ideally Kubernetes
• Background in Agile, test-driven development, and DevOps practices
• Understanding of engineering best practices and delivering Clean Code as a Software Craftsperson
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Keen interest in understanding business operations
• Passion for learning and innovation
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have:

• Expertise in Microservice and Event-Driven architecture
• Proficiency in Cloud architecture and engineering, ideally on Microsoft Azure (Kubernetes Service, Container Apps, App Service, Functions, Event Grid, and Service Bus)

• Design, develop and improve digital products and technology services for clients and employees
• Apply a broad range of software engineering practices, including analyzing user needs, developing new features, automated testing, and deployment
• Ensure quality, security, reliability, and compliance by applying digital principles and implementing functional and non-functional requirements
• Build observability into solutions, monitor production health, resolve incidents, and remediate root causes of risks and issues
• Understand, represent, and advocate for client needs
• Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, assist with hiring, and contribute to engineering culture and internal communities
• Deliver a scalable, digital, and integrated Multi-Asset Portfolio Management and Trading platform
