Senior Fullstack Engineer

Infolet has been supporting IT leaders for 20 years by providing technologies, experts, and full operational support, including legalization of stay and work for international IT specialists. They work on projects involving Java, JavaScript, C embedded, C++, PHP, mobile specialists, software testers, network and system administrators, among others.

• 6+ years of professional experience delivering large-scale web applications in full-stack engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java (Java 17+), Spring / Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Proven experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with microservice-based architectures.
• Experience working with relational databases or data platforms such as PostgreSQL, BigQuery, or AlloyDB.
• Good experience with Git and source control management systems (e.g., GitHub).
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools, such as Jenkins.
• Good communication skills and a natural willingness to share knowledge and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
• Fluent in English and Polish.

• Design, develop, test, and implement modern full-stack web applications in a cloud environment.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-country agile delivery team.
• Support the Data & Insights team in migrating existing reporting solutions from vendor BI technologies to cloud-native platforms.
• Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot, exposing RESTful APIs.
• Build and maintain frontend applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Contribute to technical designs and implementation decisions within microservice-based architectures.
• Participate in code reviews and follow established development standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, sharing knowledge to support team growth and technology adoption.
• Ensure compliance with IT development methodologies, coding standards, and corporate information security policies.
• Produce technical documentation aligned with delivery and product owner requirements.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to reliable production deployments.
