Principal Fullstack Engineer

Infolet has been supporting IT leaders for 20 years by providing technologies, experts, and full operational support, including legalization of stay and work for international IT specialists. They work on projects involving Java, JavaScript, C embedded, C++, PHP, mobile specialists, software testers, network and system administrators, among others.

• 10+ years of professional experience delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade web applications in full-stack roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Java (Java 17+), Spring / Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs
• Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend development practices
• Proven experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services
• Solid experience with microservice-based architectures
• Experience working with relational databases and data platforms such as PostgreSQL, BigQuery, or AlloyDB
• Strong experience using Git and source control management systems (e.g., GitHub)
• Hands-on experience in creating high-level and low-level technical designs
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins
• Strong communication skills with a natural desire to mentor and explain complex technical concepts clearly
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical outcomes
• Fluent in English and Polish

• Design, develop, test, and implement scalable, cloud-based full-stack applications using modern technologies
• Work independently and collaboratively within a cross-country, agile delivery team
• Contribute to and influence system architecture, high-level and low-level designs, and end-to-end impact analysis
• Support the Data & Insights team in migrating existing reporting solutions from vendor BI tools to cloud-native platforms
• Build and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot, exposing RESTful APIs
• Develop modern, responsive frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• Mentor and support other engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices
• Follow established IT development methodologies, coding standards, and corporate information security policies
• Produce clear technical documentation aligned with the product owner’s vision and delivery goals
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and ensure high-quality, reliable production releases
