Senior SAP S/4HANA EAM Consultant (SAP PM)

Square One Resources is supporting a client in the energy sector with a major transformation initiative involving SAP S/4HANA EAM consulting.

• 10+ years of experience within SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and migration programs.
• Strong understanding of maintenance processes, master data, and SAP EAM best practices.
• Experience performing fit-gap analysis and translating business requirements into functional solutions.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, blueprinting, and functional specifications.
• Hands-on SAP PM configuration experience.
• Good understanding of SAP Fiori applications.
• Strong knowledge of integrations between SAP PM and other SAP modules, particularly MM.
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, key users, developers, and other functional teams.
• Experience supporting design, testing, training, and go-live activities.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and design SAP EAM/PM functional solutions.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and prepare functional specifications and solution blueprints.
• Configure and optimize SAP PM / SAP EAM solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration projects, including design, testing, training and go-live activities.
• Analyze and improve maintenance processes and asset management workflows.
• Work closely with technical teams on integrations between SAP PM and other SAP modules, especially SAP MM.
• Provide functional support and guidance throughout the full project lifecycle.

The assignment is primarily remote in Poland, with occasional travel to Stockholm (typically 1–2 days per month).
