Software Engineer

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience

• Design code and systems that influence Visa’s standards for scalability, security, and reusability

• Develop robust and scalable products for merchants, B2B, and government solutions
• Leverage innovative technologies for Payment Services, Transaction Platforms, Real-Time Payments, and Buy Now Pay Later Technology
• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code
• Gain experience with Spring (Boot) and Hibernate frameworks
• Develop and maintain RESTful services
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and Istio for containerization, orchestration, and service mesh
• Provide knowledge on technical documentation and follow best practices
• Collaborate with teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Develop code complying with secure coding guidelines and Visa Key Controls

This is a hybrid position with an expectation of 60% days in office.
