• Several years of experience as a Java Developer or Software Engineer
• Experience as a technical leader or mentor
• Good knowledge of Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Git
• Experience with distributed or microservice system architectures
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Jenkins, RabbitMQ, and PostgreSQL (preferred)
• Ability to analyze requirements and propose technical solutions
• Willingness to challenge and improve existing architectural solutions
• Teamwork and knowledge sharing skills
• Openness to development and new technologies
• Availability to support deployments occasionally on weekends

• Analyze requirements and collaborate with business analysts to transform them into technical tasks
• Propose and challenge technical solutions
• Create and update technical and architectural documentation
• Implement functionalities according to acceptance criteria
• Adhere to current standards of architecture, security, quality, and documentation
• Conduct unit and integration tests supported by quality assurance analysts
• Ensure the team has a clear understanding of technical and functional scope
• Stay updated with technology evolution
• Propose improvements in work organization
• Define needs for configuration and technical environment
• Handle corrective and evolutionary maintenance of components
• Support weekend releases and ensure production environment stability (L3 support)
• Work in a hybrid model three times a week from the Warsaw office
