Wymagania
- Very good experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform
- Practical knowledge of Guidewire products: InsuranceSuite, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter
- Experience with Gosu, Java, system integrations, and solution architecture
- Experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, test automation, and continuous delivery
- Experience in roles such as Tech Lead, Architect, Consultant, or Mentor
- Ability to work with teams and influence changes in working methods
- Very good command of English
Obowiązki
- Supporting development teams and Tech Leads in raising engineering maturity
- Promoting and implementing practices such as CI/CD, continuous delivery, trunk-based development, test automation, and code quality improvement
- Identifying blockers to effective team work and proposing improvements
- Assisting in optimizing release processes for Guidewire Cloud environments
- Collaborating with technical teams and the Guidewire platform provider
- Supporting the definition of engineering standards and quality metrics
- Sharing knowledge and mentoring more experienced technical teams
