Wymagania
- First experience in the industry (e.g., purchasing or category management) or 1-2 years in strategic consulting; extensive work experience is not required.
- Strong sense of responsibility (ownership), passion, and energy for action.
- Natural commercial aptitude and strong focus on achieving goals and exploring new market opportunities.
- Interest in Consumer Electronics/New Tech and genuine passion for following technological innovations and market trends.
- Understanding of e-commerce and basic mechanisms governing online trade; experience with manufacturers, distributors, or retail is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and punctuality.
- Ability to translate technical equipment parameters into sales benefits.
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level for business communication.
Obowiązki
- Take responsibility for achieving results and dynamic growth in selected categories within new technologies or RTV/AGD.
- Analyze product life cycles (NPI) and set trends to ensure Allegro offers market novelties first.
- Lead cross-departmental collaboration with marketing, analytics, and technology teams.
- Continuously monitor category performance to diagnose challenges and proactively propose solutions.
- Coordinate sales support campaigns and help create the annual calendar of events and commercial activations.
- Build and develop relationships with key brands and authorized distributors, negotiating dedicated promotional actions and platform exclusivities.
- Participate in initiatives at the intersection of business and technology to improve Allegro's operations.
