Senior Angular Engineer

The Codest is an international tech software company with tech hubs in Poland delivering global IT solutions and projects. Their expertise centers on web development, cloud engineering, DevOps, and quality. They have developed their own product, Yieldbird, which was honored as a laureate of the Top25 Deloitte awards. The company aims to help tech companies build impactful products and scale their IT teams by boosting IT delivery performance.

• Strong hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript in enterprise-scale applications (minimum 4-5 years).
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and testing strategies.
• Experience working with AWS services and cloud-based application environments.
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Agile delivery models.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and effective communication.
• Excellent communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
• Willingness to work 2 days a week from the office in Łódź, Warszawa, Poznań, Kraków, or Wrocław.

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
• Design reusable, modular UI components and drive consistent, high-quality user experience standards.
• Collaborate closely with product, UX, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end features.
• Integrate with backend services and APIs, contributing to full-stack solutions where needed.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of applications running on AWS.
• Ensure application performance, security, and reliability through best engineering practices.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce standards, and mentor junior team members.
• Actively contribute to architecture decisions and frontend best practices.

Candidates must be entitled to work in the EU without a sponsored visa and be open to hybrid work from the specified offices 2 days per week.
