Clinical Data Analyst, Poland

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or data engineering; experience in contract research organizations preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and NetSuite.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and SQL programming.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of data analytics and statistical modeling techniques including regression, classification, clustering, optimization, simulation, machine learning, and AI.
• Proficiency in scripting, data blending, visualization, and statistical programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, SAS, Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining data systems and databases with data governance principles.
• Strong data communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Leads notebook tasks for project-specific reporting, ensuring reports meet stakeholder needs.
• Provides technical support for Rave EDC build, including custom function programming.
• Develops, validates, and updates template notebooks for reporting.
• Programs data listings for Protocol Deviation review.
• Captures, develops, and documents data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements.
• Performs quality data audits and analysis to ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
• Communicates and presents data recommendations clearly.
• Identifies opportunities for data and process improvement, innovation, and optimization.
• Participates in data integration, cleaning, analyses, modeling, mining, text and social media analytics, rapid prototyping, and visualization projects.
• Implements new statistical or mathematical methodologies as needed.
