Junior Consultant (HCM, with German)

Join the GDC (Global Delivery Center) and become a part of the PBS (Package Based Services) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists. The team combines deep technological expertise with strategic business consulting, delivering innovative solutions to global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies, across diverse industries to support business transformation goals.

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with SAP HCM systems
• Familiarity with German payroll and HR processes
• Ability to analyze and correct basic errors in personnel data and payroll processing
• Very good command of German (English is an advantage)
• Very good communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
• Motivation to learn and further develop expertise in the SAP HCM area

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with SuccessFactors Employee Central or other modules

• Process payroll for international clients, including pre- and post-payroll activities
• Analyze payroll errors and advise clients on appropriate corrective actions
• Support the development and maintenance of SAP HCM systems for international customers
• Participate in requirements analysis, system configuration, and testing in accordance with customer guidelines
• Collaborate closely with the company’s international HCM team
