• Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies at an advanced level
• Knowledge of Scrum Master roles and responsibilities
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Certifications such as PSM and CSM
• English language proficiency at B2 level

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile processes for the Client 360 team
• Support the team in delivering high-quality solutions
• Promote Agile and Scrum best practices within the team
