• 3 to 5+ years of experience in the financial consolidation domain.
• Proven track record working with finance, accounting, or EPM solutions.
• Deep understanding of the financial close and consolidation process.
• Experience with consolidation systems.
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and financial reporting frameworks.
• Proficient in managing backlogs within Jira or similar agile frameworks.
• Skilled at translating complex financial concepts for engineering teams.
• Analytical mindset focused on data accuracy and system performance.
• Ability to work as part of a cross-discipline multi-national team.
• Preferably a professional accounting qualification or a university degree in accounting or related major.

Define Product Strategy and Vision:

• Contribute to a scalable, multi-year product strategy for financial consolidation.
• Monitor evolving global accounting standards like IFRS and US GAAP.
• Gather feedback from clients and business partners through various channels.
• Analyze rival enterprise performance management (EPM) platforms.

Deliver Key Software Capabilities:

• Build accurate, real-time currency conversion mechanisms.
• Design workflows to automatically reconcile internal balances.
• Create intuitive systems for adjusting and posting journal entries.
• Develop robust APIs to ingest data from diverse ERP systems.
• Empower users to generate audit-ready financial statements.

Lead Cross-Functional Execution:

• Translate complex accounting requirements into clear technical stories with engineering.
• Partner with UX designers to create simple, intuitive workflows.
• Support product marketing with technical documentation and value propositions.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) for financial accuracy.
