ServiceNow Technical Consultant

ITFS is offering a position for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant with a stable market position and additional benefits including medical and sports packages and free accounting services (up to 3 entries per month).

• Documented experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including key modules like ITSM and HRSD.
• Practical experience in configuring and developing ServiceNow platform features such as flow processes, scripting, service catalog, and UI Builder.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting components (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Builder).
• Experience integrating systems using REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, Data Stream, and external data sources.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and ability to align solutions with best practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solution designs following best practices.
• Configure and implement modules, workflows, and automations in ServiceNow (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM).
• Develop and customize applications including scripting (Business Rules, UI Policies, APIs) and Flow Designer solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and various data sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide advice on ITIL processes and platform capabilities.
• Support testing, deployment, documentation, platform optimization, and issue resolution.
