Manual Tester

ITFS is offering a position for a Manual Tester to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw, focusing on testing mobile applications and web services for commercial clients, particularly in the banking sector.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manual testing (functional, regression, visual/layout) of mobile applications and web services for commercial clients
• Experience testing application design systems and components for compliance with specifications and mockups
• Experience working in agile software development projects
• Knowledge of banking products and services (accounts, cards, loans, payments)
• Very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Ability to create test scenarios, project documentation, record results, and report defects using Jira and Confluence
• Experience performing manual accessibility testing using NVDA screen reader
• Knowledge of WCAG standards, NVDA, and WAVE extension
• Familiarity with VoiceOver (iOS), TalkBack (Android), and browser developer tools
• Ability to use Adobe library and Figma application
• High communication skills, accuracy, thoroughness, good individual and team work organization, openness to change

• Experience in internet and mobile banking projects
• Knowledge of technologies and modern solutions in internet and mobile banking

• Design, create, and execute manual test scenarios and cases for mobile applications and web services
• Conduct functional, regression, and visual layout testing against Figma specifications
• Perform comprehensive digital accessibility testing according to WCAG standards using screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver for iOS, TalkBack for Android) and tools like WAVE
• Verify consistency and correct functioning of design system elements and UI components
• Identify, accurately record, and report defects, managing their lifecycle in Jira
• Create and maintain test documentation and knowledge base in Confluence
• Collaborate closely in agile Scrum teams with developers, UI/UX designers, and analysts to ensure high-quality banking solutions
• Participate in project meetings, analyze business requirements, and ensure final products meet modern online banking standards
