Systems & Network Engineer

• Minimum 4 years of experience in administration of Microsoft Windows Systems
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Willingness to learn new topics and take initiative
• Experience coordinating colleagues or external suppliers
• English language proficiency at C1 level
• Mandatory technical experience: Active Directory user management and Group Policies, Windows 11, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager & inTune, Office 365 Apps, Onedrive, Microsoft Teams, Powershell
• Optional technical experience: EntraID, SharePoint, Exchange Online, CITRIX, Mobile Device Management (Mobile Iron & inTune)

• Support and operation of administrative applications
• Support and operation of network, client, server, data center, and IT security infrastructure
• Independent execution of projects
• Ensuring continuous and, where necessary, high-availability operations through further development and adaptation
• Fault analysis, root cause investigation, and development of strategies for service improvement
• Implementation and point of contact for 2nd-level support
• Coordinating external service providers
• Ensuring the necessary technical documentation
• Technical implementation of new IT systems
• Technical migration of existing IT systems
• Purchasing processes
• Training of IT specialists
• Supporting the company’s departments with application support

Work mode: hybrid model – 5 working days from the office every two weeks (office in Katowice). Type of contract: employment contract. Recruitment languages: Polish and English.
