Koordynator/Koordynatorka Testów

PKO Finat Sp. z o.o. operates in the banking and financial sector.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT testing, managing front-end and back-end tests
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (waterfall and agile)
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence
• ISTQB Foundation level/Test Manager certification
• Knowledge of the banking/financial industry and banking products
• Experience with log extraction tools such as Kibana
• Familiarity with Postman/SoupUI
• Ability to work in a B2B cooperation model
• Willingness to work in a hybrid mode with at least one day per week in the Warsaw office

• Collaborate with development teams on cross-area projects and external partners
• Establish approaches to cross-area testing within cycles, sprints, releases, and project schedules
• Analyze requirements from a testing perspective
• Ensure appropriate test coverage of requirements
• Manage defects (Defect Management)
• Manage the scope of regression testing for complex business processes
• Maintain standards for functional testing within ongoing projects

• Hybrid work mode with minimum one day per week in the office in Warsaw
