Wymagania
- Higher education degree (University level).
- Minimum 6–8 years of proven experience in test management roles within large-scale digital initiatives.
- Experience in steering business transformation and change programs.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and related software implementation.
- Exposure to enterprise manufacturing/production software ecosystems such as ERP, Supply Chain Management, and advanced planning software.
- Solid understanding of Agile and blended/hybrid project frameworks.
- Expert-level knowledge of QA frameworks including planning, execution, metrics, and reporting.
- Ability to use testing as a measure of business and organizational readiness.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills for complex business architectures.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including interfacing with executive leadership.
- Ability to make decisive quality and risk decisions under pressure.
- Self-starting with strong accountability for project delivery success.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Obowiązki
- Formulate, implement, and orchestrate comprehensive test strategies, quality frameworks, and master test plans across projects and programs.
- Oversee and drive testing workflows within complex ecosystems with high business and technical interdependencies.
- Lead day-to-day testing operations in iterative Agile cycles, including sprint validation and regression testing.
- Spearhead end-to-end integration testing to validate cross-module business processes and data flows.
- Architect and supervise performance testing initiatives to ensure system scalability and resilience.
- Direct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by setting sign-off criteria, engaging stakeholders, managing defects, and driving deployment readiness.
- Design and execute deployment rehearsals, mock cutovers, and simulation exercises to mitigate deployment risks.
- Certify organizational and operational alignment for launch beyond technical testing.
- Validate critical "Day 1" operational workflows against realistic production scenarios.
- Collaborate with digital and business units to develop and execute detailed cutover schedules.
- Manage post-go-live hypercare, monitoring platform stability and mitigating quality issues.
- Provide hands-on support and governance during active roll-out phases.
