Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) / Lead System Architect (LSA)

IT Talento is part of the HICRON Group, an organization supporting companies in technology projects, digital transformations, and SAP and IT solutions development. The group collaborates with around 1000 experts and consultants on projects in Poland and abroad, including SAP implementations, migrations to SAP S/4HANA, dedicated application development, integration projects, IT environment modernization, and business automation and transformation initiatives. They serve various market sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, energy, chemical, and FMCG, providing specialists with experience in diverse technological, business, and project environments.

• Pega SSA or LSA certification
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on development experience on the Pega platform
• Experience designing and building enterprise Pega applications
• Strong knowledge of Pega 8.x including case types, flows, UI, rules, and data pages
• Experience with REST, SOAP, and file-based interface integrations
• Knowledge of Pega architecture and best practices
• Communicative English language skills (minimum B2)

• Designing, developing, and maintaining application components on the Pega platform
• Implementing end-to-end case lifecycle, data model, business logic, UI, and integrations
• Creating and developing REST, SOAP, and file-based integrations
• Ensuring solutions comply with Pega guardrails, design patterns, and best practices
• Participating in refinements, estimations, and solution design
• Conducting code reviews and supporting less experienced developers and system architects
• Collaborating with Business Architects, QA, and DevOps teams
• Developing engineering standards and DevOps practices
• For LSA level: providing technical leadership and architectural support for multiple project streams
