Wymagania

  • Proven experience as a Program/Project Manager or Agile Delivery Lead in a hybrid-agile environment for at least 5-6 years.
  • Proven experience managing complex end-to-end technology/software implementation projects, preferably in CRM, Commerce, Web, and Mobile.
  • Previous experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Technology companies is a significant asset.
  • Very good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and technology, including data migration and data integrations.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple teams, schedules, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, serving as a point of contact for diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with backlog management, business analysis, and prioritization across multiple teams.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a history of leading and reporting to senior leadership teams.
  • Deep understanding of SCRUM ceremonies, JIRA, and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to track team capacity and align resources with project needs and budget.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and dependencies in cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English and Polish.

Nice to have:

  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) or other relevant certifications.
  • Presales experience.

Obowiązki

  • Work in client-facing positions such as Project Manager and Delivery Lead within Deloitte Digital team in Poland and Central Europe.
  • Drive medium or large system integration, migration, or software development projects using waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Lead project teams of 10-20 people.
  • Plan, track, report, and execute projects.
  • Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
  • Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
  • Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy.
  • Support and/or lead workstreams on engagements.
  • Maintain contact with clients, manage issues and escalations.
  • Mobilize and manage project teams, motivate team members.
  • Lead client personnel and various external vendors.
  • Report project progress to senior manager level.
