Senior Performance Engineer

• Proven experience as a Performance Engineer or a similar role
• Strong understanding of application architecture and performance optimization techniques
• Proficient in performance testing tools and methodologies (JMeter)
• Experience with performance monitoring and analysis tools (e.g., AppDynamics)
• Experience with performance monitoring and analysis of WebLogic applications
• Familiarity with web server configurations and optimization
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of Temenos Core Banking

• Conduct performance testing and analysis to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in Java/WebLogic application performance
• Develop and implement performance optimization strategies to enhance speed, responsiveness, and scalability of Java/WebLogic applications
• Collaborate with software developers and architects to design and implement performance enhancements and optimizations
• Monitor and analyse web application performance metrics using monitoring tools and systems
• Identify and troubleshoot performance issues proactively and reactively, providing recommendations for resolution
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web application performance engineering
